Lora is a UKCP-registered Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience supporting young people aged 5–18 and their families. Drawing from psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where children and teenagers can explore difficult emotions, process trauma, and build resilience.
Lora trained at the British Psychotherapy Foundation and has worked across schools, CAMHS, and private practice in North London. She has a particular interest in anxiety, family transitions, neurodiversity, and the emotional landscape of adolescence.
She is a passionate advocate for early mental health intervention and regularly contributes to practitioner training programmes.
