Renata is a BACP-accredited integrative psychotherapist and EMDR Europe-certified therapist with a background in clinical psychology from Budapest and postgraduate training in London. She works with adults navigating trauma, complex grief, relationship difficulties, identity transitions, and chronic anxiety.
Renata’s approach is warm, relational, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique story. She draws on psychodynamic, somatic, and EMDR modalities — choosing the most appropriate tools for each individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
Having lived and worked across two cultures, she brings particular sensitivity to issues of identity, belonging, and cross-cultural experience. She consults in English and Hungarian.
